I feel like it's the kind of place that never gets a secret shop because there is absolutely no sense of urgency when a customer approaches the counter, no friendliness from the person taking the order, no offers of anything else, and they've had the same name up on the who-baked-your-bunz board for at least 5 months.April 23, 2017
