  I wanted to order two breakfast sandwiches, and an orange juice. The girl looked at me like she didnt understand and asked "what number?" I repeated, I dont want the meal, just the two sandwiches and the orange juice. She again, replied (with a dear looking at headlights look) "ih, what number?" I turned around and just left.
  
  That has to be a new low for Jack in the Box. This wasnt a language barrier, this was a level of intelligence problem. Has this service industry really come to this? I knew some restaurants have done this, but they actually show people how to do other requests. Im disappointed at Jack in the Box...thankfully, I only drove thru here.

  Just left there and was extremely disappointed with the service. We pulled up at the drive thru and it took foreved until somebody finally took the order. When we got to the window to pay, the guy working there was extremely rude and he looked mad. It also looked like he was the only one working there. He gave us our food and the drinks didnt even have ice in them(not really important but im still salty about it) he forgot to give us the ice coffe but he already closed the window. We were calling him but i guess he didnt hear us. What really bothered me was that we saw him lift up his shirt and scratch his back with the gloves on. I dont know if he is going to change the gloves but we just left. We threw the food away because we were honestly disgusted. Never going back here again.
