  I've tried with this place I really have tried, I've actually been here a dozen times and they never got my order right. Tried coming at all sorts of different hours, if they don't want to deal with you after 10:00pm they'll duck behind the counters as you slowly drive thru the drive thru, if they don't want to make you a milkshake they're out of dairy, if you ask for a Double meet they don't have beef and so on. I've Reyes y'all and I just can't. They suck. I hope they get better management as this is the closest place to my house with a dive though.

  I bought a number 2 and it had a ton of Jalapenos in it also bought a hot dog and it was burnt. When I took it back in the lady said she couldn't do anything about it because the machine to cook some was burning them. When I suggested you turn off the machine and that serve these anymore she just said sorry I can't do that my boss told me I have to continue selling them. She said she was that the company has not fix the hot dog machine. Fish sandwich and eating it it was not a fish it was a chicken sandwich. I did not return but I gladly let you know not to come to this place at all. I also ask her what the name of their supervisors work and she just gave me her first their first names nothing else. There was some talk about closing this restaurant I think they should do it until they betrayed everybody and take some responsibility for the crap food they serve.

  Horrible. I live near by and love Burger King, and im always disappointed. You guys never have anything, first it was no patties, then it was ketchup, and now its no Chicken Fries OMG! I feel its a joke at time.

  I am considering they were short of staff, but the tables were all dirty- hadn't been wiped down. It took a little longer to get orders out, several people waiting in line, soda machine creates line of waiting since it was multi- choice one. The soda machine ran out of coke, the ketchup dispenser was empty; tub with ketchup packets near register was down to about 10.
